We believe homecare should be provided as a personable local service, and when we start work with a new client, we will get to know you and your family members personally. Your carefully selected carer and the team will also meet you over a chat and a cup of tea so that everyone can get to know each other and establish a good understanding of how you like things to be done. You can show your carer the house and get them familiar with where everything is, and talk through any medications required all before we start working with you.
We always keep in contact with a client’s Next-of-Kin (NOK), and we will always provide updates in a very timely manner to flag any concerns that may have arisen that we feel the NOK should be made aware of.
Last and most importantly, phone support and a point of contact is available to all clients, carers and family members 24/7 – 365.
